Kasàlà Offerings

Kasàlà Webinars

“Experience the rhythmic heartbeat of Africa through  Kasàlà. Explore a world of vivid imagery, culture, and emotions with Kasàlà. Give yourself the gift of connection as you learn how to express what may feel inexpressible.”

Our Kasàlà webinars are offered regularly. They run for approximately 2-4 hours. 

The cost for our Kasàlà webinars ranges from $40 to $150.

Kasàlà Groups

Our Kasàlà Groups sessions are 1.5 hours and they run for 6-8 weeks. Our group sessions are themed-focused with topics such as:

  • Healing from Betrayal Trauma
  • Connecting with myself again
  • Safety Building
  • Self-care after betrayal
  • Dealing with the shame of betrayal
  • Coping with the shame of staying
  • The shame of being a sex addict abuser/betrayer
  • Racial trauma
  • Family trauma
  • Connecting with my younger self
  • Other

Groups are limited to 12 participants. The cost is $330(6-weeks) and $440 (8-weeks).

Kasàlà Courses

We offer Kasàlà for those who are curious about Kasàlà’s. In our courses, we teach the fundamentals of  Kasàlà’s. Participants will also get opportunities to perform their  Kasàlà’s.

Kasàlà’s are not Kasàlà until they are performed and witnessed in the community. 

Our courses run between 4-6 weeks. Each class is 1.5 hours via Zoom.

Live Zoom Courses are limited to 12 participants. The cost is $795 (6-weeks) and $995 (8-weeks).

In-person offerings

We will offer in-person Kasàlà sessions in NYC in the future. 

  • Kasàlà and Nature (Forest Bathing)
  • Kasàlà and IFS (Internal Family Systems)
  • Kasàlà and Laughter
